Giada Negri

Giada Negri was born in Como in 1982. As a child she had already chosen her way, she painted on the wardrobes of her house, she created sculptures in the oven but above all she always had a pencil in her hand.
She studied illustration with Svetlan Junakovic, Vitali Konstantinov and Stefano Bessoni and photography with Cristina Nuñez. She worked with images using painting, digital drawing and photography.
Her illustrations have been published by Miles Kelly, La Naciòn de Costa Rica, Electa and Arte (Mondadori), Corriere della Sera, Repubblica, Il Messaggero, Brightness Magazine, Cartilia-Fine Paper in Italy and ELI-La Spiga. Her other main clients are Bulgari Gioielli, Roberto Cavalli, the artist Jiménez Deredia, Save the Children, Unicef ​​and Toyota.
She is a professor of illustration at the IED of Como and in the past has collaborated as a teacher of illustration and photography with various public and private bodies including the Toy Horse Museum of Chicco Artsana.
This year she started the Academy of Little Artists in Como.
She has exhibited in numerous locations in solo or group exhibitions, including the Spazio Oberdan and the Teatro dal Verme in Milan. Her images have been used for installations inside the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome.
