Chiara Gobbo

Chiara Gobbo was born in 1979 in the province of Turin, where she currently lives and works. She is a full-time illustrator working in both the publishing and advertising fields. Chiara has collaborated with various Italian publishing houses and earned recognition for her work in national and international illustration competitions including 1st Prize at the International Children’s Book Competition of Shwanenstadt, Austria (2011), 1st Prize at the International Children’s Book Competition of Shwanenstadt, Austria (2012), 1st Prize at the illustration competition organized by the Prisma Art Lab Gallery, selection for the 12th International Illustration Award for the unpublished illustrated book “Syria Poletti, On the Wings of Butterflies (2009), selection for the 7th International Illustration Award for Golden Shoe (2002). Chiara´s clients include Giunti Editore, Sottosopra Edizioni, Buk Edizioni, De Agostini Editore, Edizioni Progedit, Edizioni Nerodichina, Edizioni Edigiò, Edizioni Lavieri, Edizioni Arka, Falzea Editore, Ardea Editrice, La Medusa Edizioni, Fasidiluna Edizioni, and Edizioni Lineadaria.
