About the ILLUSTRATOR
Angelo Ruta (born in Ragusa, 1967) is an Italian illustator, scenographer, scriptwriter and director who lives in Milan. He studied at Brera Academy, Illustration and Comics high school and at the Professional School Centre for Cinema and Television Techniques.
He has been working for many important Italian and British publishers. Moreover, he made movies and shows in addition to books.
He displayed his works through personal and collective exhibitions, both in Italy and abroad.
Angelo Ruta constantly collaborates with La Lettura, a cultural insert of Il Corriere della Sera.
